Often the victims of white racism are children who by virtue of their lack of maturity and power are unable to cope with its source, meanings, or results. It is within these parameters that this paper presents some sources of racism and briefly sketches survival techniques. Finally, suggestions for strategies and techniques to effect change are offered. (Author)
