Discussed here is the development of educational methods for helping communists and Soviet people who are not members of the Party to gain a correct understanding of the world and the laws of social development, to understand the sense of phenomena and processes occurring in the world, to give them class-and Party-oriented values, and to combine more closely their political studies with the specific tasks of communist construction.
