Peace Corps volunteers and Missionary Orientation Center graduates were surveyed to discover where training for overseas work was strongest and where weakest. Respondents urged more emphasis on human relations skills, citing those and ability to understand other cultures and adapt to strange environment as most important to Americans working abroad. (PD)
