Describes the procedures and results of a study designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the 1966-67 Experienced Teacher Fellowship Program (ETFP) at the University of Minnesota. A questionnaire was administered to 497 elementary students of the 22 teachers who were participants in the ETFP. Data concerning the nature of class activities, teaching techniques used, and students' attitudes toward science and mathematics were collected and analyzed. (LC)
