The purpose of this project was to address the gap in the minority admissions process at a university through a change management plan focused on diversifying the admissions process. This capstone deliverable change management project was designed to provide a solution to the organizational admissions structure in a university. The goal was to improve the minority admissions process for adult learners. This specialization of adult education focuses on the gap in the minority admissions process at a university. The university is facing a decline in improving its admissions process for minority adult learners. A change management plan is a discipline that leads teams on how to prepare and support individuals to adapt to change successfully. The goal of this change was to promote organizational success within a company. Change management gives support to individuals with a structured approach to move from the present outcomes to successful future outcomes. Organizational change management provides employees with the direction needed to support individuals that are impacted by a project and ensure the solution to a project is accepted and utilized.
