Joshua P. Rayburn
ProQuest LLC, Ed.D. Dissertation, Morehead State University
This capstone is an exploration of an online learning environment for teachers to receive professional learning at any time, anywhere. The focus of this capstone was to design a series of self-paced, asynchronous learning courses to help teachers implement one-to-one Chromebooks in the Fayette County Public School District. Additionally, the literature focuses on the impact of teacher preparation for implementing one-to-one technology, instructional design, and the need for supporting these devices. This capstone is pending implementation, as recorded in the project, for the 2021-2022 school year. [The dissertation citations contained here are published with the permission of ProQuest LLC.
