With the implementation of policies, such as: Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Institutional Mechanisms and Accelerating the Implementation of Innovation-Driven Development Strategies," "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities" and the State Council's "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Create an Upgraded Version of Entrepreneurship and Innovation," the enthusiasm of local governments and colleges and universities runs high, combined with the provincial situation, the implementation plan for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions is introduced. Under the policy support and active guidance of governments at all levels, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in China's colleges and universities has achieved remarkable results.
