This qualitative study will explore the validity of the influences by using a survey to unravel the perceptions of the effect of ethical leadership by teachers and administrators in public and private religious schools consider ethical leadership. This study is essential to education because the influence of ethical leadership can help students become better leaders. Haslip et al,. (2019) state that adult modeling is a vital process for young children to learn and develop their character, mainly because early childhood educators are often the first or only ono-family adults who regularly interact with them. This study addresses the importance of using the influence of ethics by identifying the perceptions of elementary public school teachers and administrators compared to those of religious elementary private school teachers and administrators.
