The accessibility and use of the internet and technological devices for students in all grade levels have increased exponentially. Schools vary in their organizational approach to digital citizenship education. The overall organizational structure depends heavily on the available human resources within each organization. This study aims to identify the perceptions and best practices utilized in digital citizenship education used by school leaders in the state of Pennsylvania. The participants of this study served in leadership roles in the area of instruction and technology. This collective case study focused on elementary and middle school practices and may provide educators and community members with strategies employed in the area of digital citizenship education.
