During Phase III of the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP), states will assess progress on implementing their SSIPs. This assessment entails evaluating and reporting on progress toward short-term and long-term outcomes as well as the SiMR. The purpose of this interactive self-assessment tool is to lead those within a state responsible for implementing the SSIP evaluation through the process of operationalizing their SSIP evaluation plan in tandem with implementation efforts. State staff can use this tool to gauge their team's progress on key components necessary for fully executing their SSIP evaluation plan and to identify action steps needed to realize the greatest benefit from their evaluation efforts. State staff can download and complete the tool's checklist through individual self-reflection or as part of a group discussion.
