This publication provides a summary of data relating to students, programs, subjects, and training providers in Australia's government-funded vocational education and training (VET) system (defined as Commonwealth and state/territory government funded training). This is the first time that government-funded data from one quarter is compared with data for the same quarter in the previous year. As the collection and reporting of data on a quarterly basis is relatively new, caution must be used in the interpretation of these data, particularly as some training authorities did not report data for the first three quarters of 2015.
