This core assessment provides an overview and training of the use of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the workplace. It includes a needs analysis for a local Chamber of Commerce, and outlines the importance of improving their organizational communication with the improvement of their EI. Behavioral objectives related to the skills needed are included as well. Also included is a Participant's Guide with activities and handouts, and final assessments to determine if the material was learned. Also provided is the PowerPoint to be used and the speaking notes.
