This study examined an International Baccalaureate school that has been able to perform at a high level on state accountability measures while integrating 21st Century skills into the curriculum through a clearly defined organizational model. This study was designed to examine the manner and extent to which an International Baccalaureate School promoted the transfer of 21st Century Skills and maintained high achievement on state accountability measures such as the California Standards Test.
