This is a checklist of suggested systems, policies and procedures for supporting Mental Health and wellness services within Migrant & Seasonal Head Start programs. This checklist was developed in accordance with the Head Start Program Performance Standards and represents a comprehensive best practice model. In this checklist you will find indicators from a variety of domains. This is because mental health is a multi dimensional and cuts across all aspects of the Head Start Program.
