Chapter 4 focuses on creative techniques for a positive first impression and strategies for starting sessions on a high note. Chapter 5 covers creating a stimulating learning environment. Chapter 6 explores using a variety of toys and props to group participants and select volunteers and describes strategies and techniques for energizing learners and helping them enjoy their learning experience.
