Panel I consists of the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Aging, Administration on Aging, United States Department of Health and Human Services. Panel II is composed of statements of a member of the board of directors of the Jim "Catfish" Hunter ALS Foundation in Hartford, North Carolina, and a family caregiver in Boise, Idaho. Panel III consists of statements of the president of the National Family Caregivers Association, Kensington, Maryland; executive director of Older Women's League, Washington, DC; and executive director of Cenla Area Agency on Aging, Inc., Alexandria, Louisiana.
