(Toni Strieker and Kent Logan) describes the goal of Project WINS to build the capacity of Georgia schools to educate all students within a standards-based environment; (6) Supporting Staff in Inclusive Schools (Gail McGregor) details ways schools can be restructured to help teachers and other staff work successfully with all students in an inclusive setting; and (7) The IDEA Partnerships (Joanne Cashman and Elizabeth Laflin) describes how a national strategy for engaging the major membership organizations is working to foster understanding and improve results in the implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
