Modular Technology Education (MTE) uses a combination of multi-media and hands-on activities to teach important concepts that increase the student's interest level as well as provide students with career choices that best fit their individual interests. This booklet provides 15 key planning steps for developing an MTE program and avoiding development pitfalls. Steps include researching the market and evaluating current resources, evaluating module suppliers, planning the curriculum, budgeting and financial planning, and allocating space and developing a MTE lab.
