This publication provides answers to 30 frequently asked questions about child care centers and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Questions are grouped into the following categories: coverage, general information, personal services, issues regarding specific disabilities, making the child-care facility accessible, tax provisions, the Department of Justice's enforcement efforts, and additional resources.
