Ahmed, Susan
This working paper contains the overheads used in a seminar designed to introduce some basic concepts of statistics to nonstatisticians. The seminar has been presented on several occasions. The second part of the seminar, and the second group of overheads, concerns basic principles of research design and analysis, including operationalizing terms, types of bias, confounding, and aspects of validity and reliability.
