This manual is designed to accompany a set of 31 CD-ROM discs. Disc 1 contains a database of some 8,300 bibliographic records representing publications of the OERI-supported National Research and Development (R&D) Centers acquired and processed by ERIC across the 30-year period 1966-1997. Discs 2-31 contain digitized page images of the full text of the latest 5,000 (61%) of these documents. Disc 1 can be installed in a computer and the database searched in a variety of ways. The search results then indicate on which of discs 2-31 the full text of the document of interest may be found. (SLD)
