IMPACT II is a nationwide educational nonprofit organization that supports innovative teachers who exemplify professionalism, independence, and creativity within the public school systems. The model has been adopted in many areas, including New York (New York). This catalog contains profiles of 33 projects that represent innovative teacher-developed curriculum in New York City. Profiles, divided by grade level, are organized into the following subject areas: (1) the arts; (2) communication arts; (3) mathematics and computer sciences; (4) physical education; (5) science; (6) social studies and history; and (7) school-based-management team grants (team-teaching projects).
