This report describes the activities and accomplishments of second year off its current contract with the U.S. second year of its current contract with the United States Department of Education. The mission of the MRC is to provide training and technical assistance to educators and parents of limited English Proficient (LEP) students, with the ultimate goal of increasing the effectiveness of elementary and secondary school instruction so as to maximize LEP student learning and achievement. MRC clients received training in teaching methods, curriculum/instructional materials, program administration, educational technology, parent involvement, and educational theory/practice. Six appendixes provide copies of summary reports of MRC activities, annual regional conference and coordination meeting program, activities with superintendents, selected MRC Institute programs, a workshop evaluation form, and a service feedback and impact of services form.
