In tabular form data are given for the following topics: (1) projected population; (2) elementary school and secondary school enrollment; (3) high school graduates; (4) classroom teachers; (5) pupil/teacher ratios; (6) expenditures; (7) higher education enrollment; (8) earned degrees; and (9) higher education expenditures. The figures are derived from data from the National Center for Education Statistics and the Census. The complete book "Projections of Education Statistics to 2004" provides additional information in these areas with supplemental tables.
