This resource paper addresses the issue of career planning and employment strategies for individuals with disabilities in postsecondary academic and technical institutions. A section on campus strategies presents projects and programs in postsecondary educational settings that demonstrate the most positive and effective career planning and employment strategies. The strategies include campus-employer cooperation, cooperative education, concentrated campus strategies, campus-vocational rehabilitation services cooperation, vocational-technical training, and nondegree programs. Subsequent sections describe 4 federal programs, 3 programs with a national focus, names and addresses of 7 resource persons, 15 publications and films, and 5 organizations. (JDD)
