Six curriculum modules for Ace Mailing, a San Francisco communications and mass mailing firm, are presented. Ace Mailing was one of four small businesses involved in Project EXCEL, a workplace literacy project that focused on literacy and basic skills training for limited-English-proficient (LEP) workers. The modules are as follows: (1) Ace Basics; (2) Stuff It, Seal It, Sort It, & Send It; (3) Getting the Job Done; (4) May I Help You?; (5) Forms Made Easy; and (6) Special Delivery: Pronunciation at Work.
