This publication presents statistics on higher education in Missouri for 1991-92, and information on the achievement of Missouri students in 1991. The achievement information includes college grade point averages and test scores of fall 1990 freshmen. A section on student preparation offers data on American College Testing (ACT) scores of students graduating from high school in spring 1991. A second preparation section contains data on enrolled freshmen, fall 1991, including ACT scores and high school rankings. A section on access to education covers information on fees and tuition and student financial aid. Data on participation covers enrollment, enrollment by age, enrollment by gender and ethnicity, and enrollment by geographic origin. A resource section details information on faculty and staff, faculty and staff ratio to full time equivalent students, finances, and libraries. A final section treats completions including degrees conferred by level, by discipline areas, and by gender and ethnicity. Appendixes contain a directory of Missouri Institutions, presidents, and campus survey coordinators; a map showing college and university locations; and an explanation of degree categories. (JB)
