Central Connecticut State Univ., New Britain. International Affairs Center.
In its recently adopted Mission Statement, Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) stated its commitment to infusing a multicultural and international perspective into all its programs, with the aim of preparing its students to live in a global society. Section 1 presents an overview of CCSU's International programs; Section 2 describes the International Studies Curriculum; Section 3 provides faculty with information on student exchange activities and the processes involved; Section 4 discusses CCSU's international affiliations; Section 5 deals with funding possibilities; Sections 6 and 7 focus on travel formalities and tips for faculty; and Section 8 presents various official university policy statements relating to international matters, for example, CCSU's International Linkage Policy and policies on student exchange and visiting scholars.
