This document provides annotated listings of resources for state and local administrators of vocational special needs programs as well as special needs educators, counselors, researchers and others serving students at risk of dropping out of school. While it is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of all available resources, materials included are representative of the field. Publications listed include 12 in program administration, 10 in curriculum and instruction, 9 in comprehensive support services, 14 in formalized articulation and communication, 9 in occupational experience, 34 representing general background literature concerning students at risk, and 6 additional resources.
