The school-based clinic is a primary health care facility located within or on the campus of a public school. The suggested requirements for a school-based clinic are enumerated in five sections dealing with: (1) clinic organization; (2) clinic staff; (3) clinic services; (4) clinic recordkeeping and evaluation; and (5) clinic facilities and equipment. The Support Center for School-Based Clinics is a project of the Center for Population Growth.
