This learning activity packet (LAP) contains 11 self-paced study lessons that allow students to proceed along a 36-hour course of study for Lotus 1-2-3 at their own pace. The lessons are organized in the following way: objectives, completion and performance standards, a list of required materials, unit test, and exercises (applications of the operations to measure the laboratory competency of the student in regard to the materials presented in the LAP). Most lessons are presented in a "read and do" format. The lessons are: getting started with Lotus 1-2-3; moving around the worksheet; typing cell entries; using 1-2-3 commands; indicating cell ranges; building a simple worksheet; building a simple database; building a simple graph; writing formulas; 1-2-3 functions; and formatting a worksheet. Supplemental worksheet exercises, unit tests for each lesson, and answer keys for the tests and all exercises are appended. These lessons have been prepared for use with the IBM Personal Computer.
