Project Lead the Way is a developmentally structured career guidance program at North Arlington High School in New Jersey. Encompassing grades 8 through 11, the project is geared to let students explore and become aware of the vast amount of career opportunities available in the work world, as well as to appreciate the importance of a high school diploma. The program began in the 1984-85 school year and is updated by summer workshops for guidance counselors and teachers. This report contains the materials used in the Summer 1988 workshop that evaluated and updated Project Lead the Way.
