Section 5, "General Criteria for Play Equipment," draws implications for the design of play equipment based on (Korean and Japanese) children's heights. Section 6, "Design Ideas For Play Equipment," is based on the use of common materials. This section also offers several pages of ideas for fixed and moveable equipment, along with some safety advice, and includes numerous detailed drawings and measurements (using the metric system) of the suggested equipment.
