The use of computers in higher education instruction is addressed from a pedagogical point of view and is intended as a guide to the integration of computers into instruction in ways that will fulfill the technology's promise and avoid its problems. Part Two ("Creating an Environment for Computer-Enriched Instruction") consists of the following chapters: "Planning an Institutionwide Computer Environment"; "Overcoming Resistance and Building Support for Computer Uses in Instruction"; "Organizing and Managing Academic Computing Programs"; and "New Technology and the Future of Teaching and Learning with Computers."
