Mills); and (9) "State Leadership: The Key to Successful Integration of New Technologies into Higher Education" (Patrick M. Callan). Two appendices are provided: a policy on televised instruction adopted by the Coordinating Board of the Texas College and University System, and a description of Project ALLTEL (Assessing Long Distance Learning Via Telecommunications) and its recommendations.
