The monograph is intended to provide teachers of profoundly mentally handicapped students in South Carolina with a guide to ten existing curricula which were reviewed by the State Department of Education Consultant for the profoundly mentally handicapped. Usually included for each guide is title, information on curriculum components and instructional format, one or more descriptives (samples from the guide), a synopsis, the publisher, cost, and name/address of a contact person.
