Study findings included the following: (1) 88% of the respondents were employed either full- or part-time; (2) 80% of the employed graduates were working in jobs related to their academic program at MCCC; (3) 64% of the career program respondents and 73% of the transfer respondents were working in Mercer County; (4) 34% of the career program respondents and 20% of the transfer respondents obtained their job while in school or within 6 months of graduation; (5) 64% continued their education and 34% had obtained their bachelor's degree; (6) 80% of the transfer respondents and 56% of the career program respondents continued their education; (7) 96% rated the quality of education at MCCC as "good", "very good", or "excellent"; and (8) 86% said they would recommend their academic program to a friend, relative, or acquaintance.
