Toward the Adoption and Utilization of a Model, Strategies and Procedures for Introducing Change Skills Instruction into Vocational Programs.
Daniels, M. Harry; And Others
This project presented a conceptual model for adapting with change and the strategies and procedures for introducing change skills instruction into vocational programs to groups of vocational educators and administrators at sites throughout Illinois. Following the presentations, the project directors solicited feedback from the persons who attended about the heuristic value of the conceptual model and the practical utility of the various strategies and procedures for introducing change skills instruction. The project also attempted to integrate the products developed through this project with the strategies used by the Competency-Based Vocational Education (CBVE) Project. This final report of the project includes documentation of all project activities; a summary of the evaluative feedback from workshop participants; a summary of the technical assistance provided to the CBVE sites; and strategies, procedures, and methods for disseminating the information generated in the project. A major portion of the final report consists of copies of major ideas and articles disseminated by the staff. (KC)
