This participant workbook is part of the training model designed to assist educational personnel and interested citizens in the implementation of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the attainment of sex equity in education. An information sheet and three worksheets are provided to cover the following areas: (1) diagnosing local education agency needs and planning technical assistance efforts, (2) diagnosing sex equity interventions, (3) assessing conditions for change, and (4) Title IX action planning.
