This Congressional report contains prepared statements presented at a hearing held in Mississippi to assess local and statewide implementation of the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). The focus of the hearing was on state-level administration and assessment of the program, strategies for linking education and training systems, and employers and job trainees participating in JTPA programs.
