Pressing the wrong key can produce a correct response. For instance in the "Get Acquainted" lesson, the "?" key produces the same results as the space bar; in lesson 36 the user is not oriented to pressing the actual keys needed to supply the correct response. 3. The need for the audio accessory is a hindrance. 4. The target audience for this package is not identified.
