Lankard, Bettina; And Others
This teaching guide is a part of those materials developed for the Work Maturity Skills Training Program. (The Work Maturity Skills Training Program is a set of individualized competency-based units that are designed to help participants develop the competencies they need to find and retain jobs.) Following a brief description of the purpose and scope of the program, the program's contents are outlined. Explained next are the packaging and use of program materials. The role of the instructor in implementing the program is discussed. Also provided are suggestions for supplementing the program. A worksheet key completes the guide.
