The second phase of development of a comprehensive Master Plan for New Jersey Institute of Technology is detailed. As part of an established and continuing planning process involving all segments of the campus community, it reaffirms and further refines the institutional mission and priorities for the next decade. The plan is drawn in the context of known present conditions, anticipated future circumstances, and a swiftly changing environment. Operational challenges, near term objectives and things accomplished pursuant to the Phase I plan are part of this document.
