This document is a report of the activities undertaken to help youths in Denmark find or train for employment under the provisions of the Employment Plan during the years 1978-1980. The report covers the history of the Employment Plan, a description of its Youth Programme, the various types of activities initiated by local and county authorities, state activities to combat youth unemployment, organization of the efforts to combat youth unemployment, reports on the effects of employment effort, unemployment benefits, and special measures against long-term unemployment.
