This list of references to materials in the area of staff motivation was primarily assembled for the use of professional librarians, but it could also be used in library education at the college level. It encompasses the subjects of motivation, participative management, and conflict resolution, and includes only recent materials. The arrangement is alphabetical by author within sections divided according to the following media: books, periodical articles, 16mm films, audio recordings, videotapes, games, correspondence courses, tests, transparencies, and programmed instruction.
