This document contains the final report of a demonstration project in career development for grades K-10 in Cincinnati Public Schools. The first section consists of tables describing activities in terms of level of activity, participants, objectives addressed, evaluation, and outcomes of the objectives. Part 1 of the second section, Evaluation Procedures and Results, describes statistics concerning project activities by the three project components: (1) career motivation--grades K-6, (2) career orientation--grades 7-8, and (3) career exploration--grades 9-10. Field trips, resource speaker presentations, student exploration experiences, and teacher inservice training are discussed in terms of procedures and results. Part 2 presents program outcomes pertaining to specific objectives reported separately for each of the three components. A final section discusses program coordination (inservice education, curriculum development, career guidance, sex role stereotyping and bias, handicapped and disadvantaged), program advisory committee, and program dissemination.
