Odle and B. Galtelli); "Assessment and Evaluation in the Classroom" (V. Laycock); "Prescriptive Programming in the Mainstream" (V. Laycock); "Establishing the Learning Climate" (H. Rich); and "Managing Interfering Behavior" (H. Rich). The third part discusses resource and support systems in three chapters with the following titles and authors: "Related Services in the Schools" (B. Connolly et al.); "Supportive Services in the Community" (S. Odle and S.
