The second article, "Physical Education at Orchard Place, A Center for Emotionally Disabled Children" by Marcia Olson, describes the physical education program at a center for emotionally disabled children, focusing on how the program can help the children improve their body control and spatial orientation and decrease their fear of movement, which in turn can often improve their mental and emotional state and self confidence.
