This instructor's manual presents lesson plans for a unit of science within the Biomedical Interdisciplinary Curriculum Project (BICP), a two-year interdisciplinary precollege curriculum aimed at preparing high school students for entry into college and vocational programs leading to a career in the health field. Lessons concentrate on the circulatory system, with emphasis on the heart and blood vessels, blood and its properties, and the urinary tract.
