Teaching Tips from KODAK Teachers! 275 Plus! Proven Ways to Use Photography in the Classroom.
Eastman Kodak Co., Rochester, NY.
The more than 275 suggestions presented in this publication were solicited from readers of Teacher, The Instructor, and Curriculum Product Review, and are given, as far as possible, in the teacher's own words. The ideas are grouped by topic and, in some cases, by grade level to provide easy access. The Camera Companion section is devoted to the introduction of the camera and its products to students, its use in motivation and communication, class albums and open house activities, presentation of the students and their work, and other miscellaneous activities. The Curriculum Camera presents photographic usage by grade level from pre- school through high school and includes groupings under special classes, remedial reading, and special students. A final section provides a brief description of different types of cameras and their uses and a photographic slidemaker, and suggestions for the production of filmstrips. (RAA)
